Ali'i Group Policy:

Ali'i Group Reserves the Right to Refuse Service to any individual or business. We will do our best to accomidate all orders, but in the event that we are unable, we may refer to you to another local business that can better suit your needs.

Ali'i Group is a wholesale company. Our hours vary depending on production scedule and appointments. Please contact us for an appt. to come in to discuss your project or get a demonstration with the equipment you are interested in purchasing. In order to keep our costs down, and not have to pass them onto the customer, we operate on an appointment basis and we ask that you respect your appointment times and contact us if you are unable to make the time or will be late. Same day appointments are accepted as well as evenings and weekends. Please contact us and let us know when you would like to come in. Pickups are done on a pre-arraigned basis as well,when your order is complete we will attempt to make a pick-up time with you.

Ali'i Group Reserves All Rights to any and every custom design or art that we may design for you or your business unless otherwises negotiated. Ali'i Group retains all art / designs as it's sole property and any reproduction of said materials must be approved by Ali'i Group. Any person(s) or entity that reprints, re-uses, re-distributes or otherwise infinges on our intelletual property rights will be not be given any other notice outside of this warning, which is also distributed with all said art /designs, before legal action is undertaken.

Contract Services/ Products - are those provided to another business or individual with a California State Seller's Permit / Non-Profit Permit / Not-For-Profit Permit that is valid. Expired/Suspended permits will not be accepted.

California State Tax (Sales Tax) - will be charged at the Camarillo, CA rate (7.25%) on ALL transactions unless a copy of a CA Seller's Permit is provided in advance. There are no exceptions. Please plan accordingly.

What do need to do to place an order?

Please send us an email to order@aliigroup.com. Once you have given us the required information as well as the art work you would like for your creations, you will receive an email to update you on the status of your art approval and a delivery date.

What if I have questions about specific items or I am unsure about what I would like to get?

Contact us! We are more then happy to help you select items, give you quotes and help you find the items you are looking for. Just because you do not see it on our web site does not mean we cannot get it for you so ask!

What if I want to place the same order as last time?

If you would like to repeat an order, we ask that you give us the specifications and artwork as if this is the first time you have placed an order. This way we can double check that we have accurate art files and make sure that there is no miscommunication as to what "last time" is.

Can I get a proof of my art?

Yes. Art proof is done by PDF. Otherwise there is however a fee on all proofs that require the use of actual materials. As discussed in detail in the Artwork FAQ, all artwork that needs to be "cleaned" or adjusted can incur Art Fees. Any art that is created by us will be sent, at no charge, to you for proofing. Any samples for embroidery, screen printing, or other services where materials will be used will incur a sample fee. Ali'i Group reserves the right to waive this fee on completion of your order.

When is my order going to be ready?

Ali'i Group is a wholesale company. We require 10-14 business days from final art approval to complete orders, please allow for this time in your planning. If you are in desperate need of your order, we may be able to accomidate rush orders but you must contact us for approval. It is very important to make sure to get your art work approved well in advance of the time you will need your order. See our detailed art instructions to make sure that your art is approved as fast as possible!!!

How do I pay for my items?

Ali'i Group accepts cash, checks and all major credit cards. All orders are considered COD unless we have specifically approved terms for you. Terms are to be considered all payment is due no later then 30 days from receipt of merchandise. Late payment of balance owed may result in late fees, at the discretion of Ali'i Group.

Do I have to pay tax?

Ali'i Group is a wholesale company. Ali'i Group is required by law to charge TAX on all non-wholesale transactions. If that means you, please allow for tax when figuring your budget. If you would like us to figure tax in our quotes for you, please specify this.

Are there minimums?

Minimums apply to some services and items. Please check with Ali'i Group on the items you are interested in to find out what the minimums are, they may vary depending on art, simplicity of order, or if we are required to order minimums by our suppliers.

Will these terms always be true?

Ali'i Group reserves the right to update/change/alter/amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice or warning. Please check back before placing an order to make sure you have all the details!
